Our certified reports can be used for any of the following purposes. The cost of each report is listed below. We can also tailor make a report for any specific reason and include a variety of checks. DBS: £30

Enhanced DBS checks carried out for those working with vulnerable people, children or for any other relevant purpose.

Employment: £50

Past employer or past employers reference, education reference, credit reference and DBS reference carried out for employment purposes.

Proof of ID checks: £15

Right to rent, money laundering reference, landlord/vendor reference prior to taking instructions.

Tenancy referencing: £30 per person

Previous landlord reference, credit reference, employer reference, character reference and right to rent reference.
